Thank you for shopping with Twisted Cow! We are a small business, and every purchase means so much to us. We take pride in offering quality products and want you to love your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade, personalized, and made-to-order nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Car freshies and car diffusers

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Print-on-demand products

  • Digital downloads and printable products

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part or otherwise required by law.

Shipping & Delivery

Twisted Cow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist with resolving the issue.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product purchases are final once the file has been delivered or accessed, except where required by law or in cases of defective or incorrectly supplied files.

Custom & Print-on-Demand Orders

Please double-check all spelling, sizes, colors, and personalization details before placing your order.

Because these products are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
